The Route TRX 2.0 is a robust and versatile shoe. Its upper is made of durable nylon mesh material with a water-resistant membrane. The toe is reinforced with rubber, and along both sides, there's thermoplastic to prevent water and dirt from seeping into the shoe.
To ensure a good grip on different surfaces, we've designed a new outsole for this season. The new sole features a fresh pattern and a softer rubber compound. This combination provides excellent traction on all types of surfaces. We want to highlight its gripping ability, especially on wet hard surfaces such as cobblestones and tiles. A perfect shoe for hikes in forests and fields while also handling more urban environments.
SGL technology was developed and patented based on fifteen years’ experience with the Norwegian Olympic Team, to give active people the ultimate recovery time. The shoes counteract typical sport and stress injuries. They straighten up the heel, support the arch and provide an optimal distribution of pressure on the foot. This creates the ideal pattern of pressure for feet, calves, hips, knees and back. The deformation time of Gaitline’s polyurethane-based (PU) cushioning is 20 times that of standard ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). It is therefore a highly durable sole. It is well-suited for both normal and overpronated feet.
